Our topic for Friday, November 13th will be Mindfulness.   We are thrilled to have guest speaker, Candace Conway, from Little Shop of Healers (https://reikiintheloft.com/) walk us through techniques to help us find a way to deal with our day to day stress. 

Coffee, Tea, and Beverages plus lite snacks will be available.   Seating is limited so please register ASAP.   As always, we are practicing COVID guidelines.
